Nutrition whilst travelling is very important and we take the advice of the UK Government very seriously. So we have been most careful to ensure we get the requisite five a day of fruit and veg. It has been a challenge as refried beans and tortillas don’t count. But to help travellers in the future we have done a lot of research and now detail our plan.
Rum and orange juice for breakfast
Pina Colada for elevenses
Bloody Mary for lunch
Margarita for afternoon tea
Wine for dinner
